anxiety was and is big thing for me drinking or sober I drank so I wasnt nervous I drank so I didnt feel inadequate , in the end I drank to get away from myself. sober me well im quite narotic at times it all has to be in place , clean house , clothes , ext.ext. I have five kids this is not easy and super over whelming, but its sober me and ive learned tricks to help settle the anxiety I plan ahead for everything. I know super boring but for me my drinking brought choas and I hate choas .thanks for the topic somehow I think drinking and axiety gobhand in hand
